Custom Works design and construct vessels to transport people, goods, and vehicles for remote communities and in remote locations. Our designs have Vee bottoms which means they are effective when running off-shore.

The Taipan Series have been developed specifically to provide transport solutions for quad bikes and weed spraying equipment for remote communities.

This has been achieved through a custom 2-door bow system on the 7.2m which is capable of transporting quad bikes with the added ability of preserving the vessel shape for effective running off-shore. The wide 7 degree transom offers excellent stability, whilst the forefoot design and reverse chines, give this vessel a soft and dry ride.

The Taipan Landing Craft is our latest development in the landing craft and utility boat range. These vessels are robust and adaptable to all conditions.

With changing laws around quad bikes, we have developed a vessel fully capable of transporting UTV vehicles. Like all our vessels it boasts a Vee bottom and is equally at home transporting vehicles or operations including flood water rescue. This vessel includes HDPE fendering and is available with or without bow doors in lengths from 5.7m to 7m.
